Registration fees are refundable prior to Friday, July 11, 2025, minus a $50 administration fee. Registration fees may not be applied to other events but may be transferred to another person at the same company. These changes must be requested via email to support@austinshrm.org.
If transferring to another individual, higher registration fees may apply if membership level is different from the original registrant.
The 2025 Austin SHRM Conference will be reviewed for approval for re-certification credit hours from the Society of Human Resource Management Association (SHRM) and the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Attendees can earn re-certification credit. An email containing a survey and re-certification credits will be sent out the Monday following the Austin SHRM Annual Conference.

service animals:The University of Texas only allows service animals inside campus buildings when required by the ADA. Service animals under the ADA are dogs that are specifically trained and certified to perform a task that falls under the ADA's coverage. The service animal must remain under control and with the guest at all times. Emotional support animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and are not permitted on property. Conference attendees are required to register their service animals with the hotel's front desk, even if they are not checking into the hotel. Upon arrival on the property, please proceed to the hotel's front desk to answer three questions and sign a document before entering the Conference area. |
