The Conference Center Garage is most convenient for those staying overnight, or attending the Soiree on Thursday evening.
The Rowling Hall Garage is best for those arriving Friday morning, or Sponsors and Exhibitors setting up on Thursday afternoon.

Use of Photographic Images

Attendance and participation in Austin SHRM events constitute an agreement by the attendee to Austin SHRM’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, and/or electronic reproductions. Images and videos may be used on the Austin SHRM website, social media and for other purposes. Attendees waive, release and forever discharge Austin SHRM from and against claims or actions arising out of or resulting from any use of attendee’s image.

Cancellation Policy

Registration fees are refundable prior to Friday, July 11, 2024 minus a $50.00 administration fee. Registration fees may not be applied to other events but may be transferred to another person at the same company. These changes must be requested via email to support@austinshrm.org.

If transferring to another individual, higher registration fees may apply if membership level is different from the original registrant.
