The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging Committee (DEI&B Committee) is focused on developing programming, partnerships, and resources for members of Austin SHRM and the community to promote diversity as a strategic component in individual and organizational success.

Austin SHRM devotes time and effort to provide sessions and resources that help support diversity initiatives as a strategic component in the individual and organizational success of our members.
The DEI&B committee complies resources for monthly observances and resources to expand awareness and appreciation in our community.

Committee Volunteer Opportunities:
There are lots of ways for you to get involved with the DEI&B Committee. We are looking for volunteer to Chair annual initiatives and assist with committee activities. Events we have held in the past include Women's History Month Discussion and Belonging in the Workplace Meet Up. Time commitments start with as few as 2 hours a month!
Please note: Volunteers must be registered Austin SHRM members and paid in full to be eligible for volunteer positions.
