We are looking for a Senior HR Manager Total Rewards to join our dynamic HR team at Texas Mutual. You will lead our comprehensive total reward programs to attract, retain and motivate top talent. You will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources.

What you will do:
Collaborate with executive leaders to design compensation and benefit strategies that meet business needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, senior leaders and external partners to continuously align total reward strategies with organizational goals.
Oversee the development, execution and delivery of HR strategies and services, demonstrating a flexible, engaging leadership style.
Stay up to date and ensure full compliance with compensation and benefit laws and regulations.
Recruit, retain and coach division staff.
Develop and implement division goals, policies, procedures and budgets.
What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
At least seven years of related work experience or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
