2026 Conference Schedule Highlights
- Thursday, August 6, 2026: Exhibit booth setup (must be set up by 5:30 PM) + Welcome Reception with HR Excellence Awards (Expo area)
- Friday, August 7, 2026: Registration, keynote, breakout sessions, Expo Tours, HR Excellence Award recognition, and raffle prizes
- Expo Hall hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Next Steps
Ready to secure your spot? Follow these steps:
- Read and submit the online Agreement Form inclusive of the Rules and Regulations.
- Remit payment of the 50% deposit or full balance (ACH preferred; credit card or check available upon request).
- Your spot is secured only when the Agreement Form is digitally signed and accompanied by a 50% deposit.
- The remaining balance is due no later than Friday, June 27, 2026.
- Submissions completed after Friday, June 27, 2026 must be accompanied by the total balance due and paid by credit card or ACH.
