Position Description:

* Assist the HR Director on day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
* Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
* Support Restaurant GM's and DM's in employee coaching, counseling, and performance evaluations.
* Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
* Conduct investigations, document findings, and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
* Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation and ongoing employee training programs.
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
* Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting for audits, compliance, and company policies.
* Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support operational goals.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
* Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and compliance requirements.
* Must be proficient in ADP Workforce Now
* Must have payroll experience and ability to process payroll when payroll coordinator is out
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
* Proven ability to build strong working relationships across departments.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
* Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
* Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
* Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
* Professional HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP) preferred.
* Experience with multi-property (Restaurants)
* Bilingual highly preferred

Hybrid position:

• Three (3) days in office Tuesday- Thursday Bee Cave
• Two (2) days remote
