Position Description:
Based in Austin, TX, you will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, develop sourcing strategies, and partner with business leaders to attract top talent aligned with our company’s values and goals. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters.
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.
- Conduct 1st round interviews.
- Providing feedback based on Garuda’s assessment tool, and support hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand through social media, events, and partnerships.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers worldwide to define job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Manage recruitment metrics and analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
- Oversee the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Stay current on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and diversity hiring practices.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialist on recruitment needs by posting jobs, sourcing candidates, and interviewing utilizing a variety of sites including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, local community colleges, etc.
- Manage and track the candidate pipeline through timely and professional communication with candidates, partner agency recruiters, and hiring managers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or 4 years of equivalent experience (Preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, ATS platforms, and recruitment marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience recruiting in the Sales market is a plus.
- An interest in working with a global organization and supporting the KOMPAN mission
