Join us for our February Monthly Meeting, featuring two timely discussions every HR professional should have on their radar.

Our panel, “Think Like a Human,” explores people-first leadership and meaningful connection in the workplace — and how artificial intelligence is shaping (and challenging) HR decision-making, particularly in recruiting and hiring. We’ll touch on where AI can help, where caution is needed, and key legal and ethical considerations to watch.

  • Understanding the difference of human interaction vs AI in the success of HR practitioners.
  • Understanding the legal risk of AI in HR and Talent Acquisition decision making.
  • Recognizing issues to be on the lookout for related to artificial intelligence.

We’ll also dive into an employment law hot topic with Ann Price, focusing on the “regular rate” of pay. With a growing number of lawsuits tied to miscalculations, this session will help clarify what must be included beyond hourly wages and how to reduce risk.
