The Stepping Stones to Enhanced Leadership course includes a Cohort styled program with nine, 4-hour modules, which are pre-certified through HRCI/SHRM for up to 36 hours of recertification credit. This is a creative and innovative program designed, developed, and implemented to meet the professional development needs of today’s HR professionals.
This program provides opportunities for recertification credit, to create a pipeline of emerging leaders, and to meet employers’ needs for improvement of employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
Application fee: There is a one-time, non-refundable application fee of $75, which must be submitted along with the completed application in order to be considered for selection.
AUSTIN SHRM MEMBERS are offered the course at the discounted rate of $375Non-AUSTIN SHRM MEMBERS may participate in the program for a fee of $450
Tuition fees will be invoiced within 2 business days of registration. Please note that these are payable no later than March 1, 2022.
