This discussion will be facilitated by Billie Wright, AHRMA member.

Discussion topics will focus on the themes listed below, with related learning outcomes for AHRMA/SHRM members:

  • DE&I Strategy: Learn how others have implemented DE&I strategy including where to start, how to assess and implement and ultimately how to sustain the work.
  • Inclusive Culture: Understand how organizations build a sense of inclusion and belonging for diverse employees as well as know how to have safe conversations at work.
  • Leadership: Determine what the leader’s role is in DE&I and how can HR partner with leaders in building out DE&I efforts across the organization.
