To secure Early Bird rates, the online Conference Sponsorship Agreement must be completed, and a 50% deposit received no later than Friday, March 31, 2023. The remaining balance is due and payable no later than Wednesday, May 31, 2023.  Applications received after Friday, March 31, 2023 must be accompanied by the total amount due.
