The Diversity and Inclusion Committee (D&I Committee) is focused on developing programming, partnerships, and resources for members of AHRMA and the community to promote diversity as a strategic component in individual and organizational success.
Purpose, Goals & Objectives:
To position global diversity and inclusion as a strategic component critical to individual and organizational success; to provide programs and resources that increase cross cultural competencies in a global and virtual workforce.
Diversity and Inclusion Programming:
AHRMA devotes time and effort to provide sessions and resources that help support diversity initiatives as a strategic component in the individual and organizational success of our members.

Committee Volunteer Opportunities :
There are lots of ways for you to get involved with the D & I Committee. We are looking for volunteer to Chair annual initiatives and assist with committee activities. Time commitments start with as few as 2 hours a month!
