  • Marketing/Public Relations Chair - The Chair will be the liaison between the Conference Committee and the marketing/social media team.  This person will create marketing pieces for the conference and send to applicable team members to promote the conference via the website, e-blasts, and social media.
  • Bookstore/Silent Auction Chair - The Chair will be responsible for obtaining the SHRM bookstore (SHRM in a box) and
    Silent Auction items and set up and oversight the day of the conference. 

General volunteers are needed to assist Chairs in their respective areas prior to and during the conference, as well as help with networking night set up, and conference set up and preparation, and to provide direction to participants on the day of conference. 

Volunteers will receive an AHRMA Conference Beyond HR T-Shirt for being an onsite volunteer if they sign up for full registration by end of Early Bird (April 30, 2018).
